IAAF DOPING REVIEW BOARD APPROVES GUIDELINES FOR 2018

The IAAF Doping Review Board has approved a new version of the guidelines for 2018 Authorized Neutral Athlete status under IAAF Competition Rule 22.1A.

Also, a new simplified application form for 2017 Authorised Neutral Athletes seeking eligibility to compete in international competitions in 2018 has also been approved by the Doping Review Board.

IAAF President Sebastian Coe commented: "As Taskforce chairperson and Rune Andersen reported to the Council on 26 November, RusAF continues to work hard at reforming Russian track and field. There has been progress, but most of the Verification Criteria have been met. In this context we need to continue the interests of clean athletes worldwide. To assist this process, we have today issued a new version of the application process for the previous year.
